Case Studies for SAP Consulting

Case Study 1:

SAP S/4HANA CO and FI consultant at a food manufacturer and supplier to the food industry.

  • Recording requirements from controlling and financial accounting, professional customising, testing and go-live in the S/4HANA system

Case Study 2:

Project manager for the implementation of an SAP template for a subsidiary of an international telecommunications company.

  • Support for month-end closing processes in Controlling: WIP calculation and accrual postings, order settlements and differences, FI-CO reconciliations

Case Studies for Transformation, Change & Mediation

Case Study 1:

Consultant in the project “Municipal Conflict Management: Shaping Participation and Integration Constructively”. The objective of the project is to build and establish sustainable structures for conflict regulation and conflict management within municipalities. The project is implemented by LaKI and supported by Stiftung Mercator. Project duration: May 2017 – December 2020

  • Consulting mediator, in the course of the project 2 municipalities from NRW were supported by me.
  • Conducting interviews and workshops with the responsible key persons in municipalities to analyse existing conflicts, structures and ideas for solutions.
  • Development of structures for conflict regulation and conflict management within municipalities
  • Elaboration of presentation documents and expertises with the specialised departments
  • Implementation of targeted measures on site in the municipalities (e.g. workshops, mediative measures, etc.)
